Swedish Full Body Massage including Face and Head – 90 minutes – £60
Back Neck and Shoulders – 30 minutes – £25
An ancient art, incorporating various massage techniques and movements to promote a sense of deep relaxation and well-being and give you that all important time for yourself. This is a top to toe treatment, starting with the backs of the legs, then onto the back, neck and shoulders, fronts of the legs and feet, abdomen, arms and hands finishing with a slow, gentle face and head massage. Massage naturally relaxes the nervous system which slows the heart rate to help to lower blood pressure, increases blood circulation bringing fresh oxygen and nutrients to the whole body, aids lymphatic drainage which boosts immune function, reduces the release of stress and pain hormones whilst encouraging production of endorphins, our feel good hormones. The therapeutic properties of touch alone can produce feelings of comfort and well-being, reduce anxiety and encourage a restful nights sleep.

Deep Tissue Massage to specific areas incorporating a relaxing Full Body Massage 120 minutes – £75
A slow, deep massage incorporating specific strokes and specialist techniques using the hands, knuckles, elbows and forearm to apply a more specific and direct pressure. These techniques release myofascial restrictions of the deeper layers of muscle tissue that cause pain and tension, while identifying trigger points throughout the treatment that can cause headaches, joint pain, back pain, restrictions in ease of movement, heart arrhythmia and many other symptoms, research has shown that trigger points are often the most common cause of pain.
Traditional Thai Foot Massage 80 minutes – £50
A highly therapeutic, relaxing and energizing treatment using a combination of hand massage techniques which are applied to the feet and lower legs. A wooden acupressure tool is used to manipulate 23 reflex points on the soles of the feet. These reflex points are believed to correspond to particular areas within body and run along energy lines which we call Sen lines. There are thousands of Sen lines but Thai foot massage focuses on the 10 principal ones. If these lines become blocked, illness and pain may occur, by using pressure and stretching movements blockages can be released and balance restored, promoting overall health and a deep sense of well-being.
Natural Uplift and Renew Facial Massage 45 Minutes- £40
Combining techniques from Japan and Ayurveda this ancient healing method is used to relax and balance the mind, body and align the whole self. An advanced treatment of facial reflexology and acupressure to specific points of the face, treating the surface of the skin but also penetrating the deep facial tissues, aiding lymphatic drainage. This specially designed treatment aims to improve the complexion by removing toxins from the face and boosting acceleration of cell renewal. It can prevent and reduce facial wrinkles and sagging by strengthening muscle tone, restoring balance to the condition of the skin naturally without the use of invasive treatments or chemicals. This treatment can also be extremely beneficial for sinus issues and facial tension. With the focus on encouraging muscle memory a course of treatments is recommended for maximum results but can be given anytime as it is exceptionally relaxing and invigorating as a treatment on its own.
Beauty Facial 60 minutes – £55
A facial treatment to leave you feeling pampered and refreshed. After a hot towel face steam, techniques are used to apply a treatment of a double cleanse, exfoliation, facial including head massage and mask treatment. Finishing off with a refreshing spritz of toner. This therapy is tailored to meet the individuals requirements and skin type, with the aim of enhancing the skins appearance by removing toxins and dead skin cells, cleansing the skin of impurities and nourishing the skin by increasing circulation which will carry fresh oxygen and nutrients to the skin, helping to promote the correct moisture level and improve the overall tone of the skin, whilst relaxing the mind and body.
